New Rights of Way Access Code

Due to a high demand from users of the RoW network, landowners and Parish Councils, HCC has produced a ‘Countryside Code Special’ Newsletter and an educational video regarding dogs in the countryside. HCC recognises that due to the pandemic there are more users of the Rights of Way but wants to encourage everyone working together to ‘Respect, Protect and Enjoy’ our countryside and the RoW network.
