M3 Junction 9 closures 20/11

Below are the planned closures for the next series of planned works:

• Overnight on Friday 21 November closure of the M3 northbound between junctions 9 and 8 (1am to 6am) – Vehicle Restraint System (VRS) replacement
  • Diversion: M3 northbound junctions 9 and 8 diversion
• Overnight on Monday 24 November closure of sections of the M3 junction 9 roundabout, between A34 northbound and southbound and the M3 junction 9 southbound exit slip road (9pm to 6am) – Traffic Management layout changes
  • Diversion: M3 roundabout and exit slip diversion
• Overnight on Tuesday 25 November closure of a section of the M3 junction 9 roundabout, the M3 junction 9 southbound exit slip road and the A272 southbound (9pm to 6am) – Traffic Management layout changes
  • Diversion: M3 junction 9 southbound exit slip road and the A272 southbound
• Overnight on Wednesday 26, Thursday 27, Friday 28, Saturday 29, and Sunday 30 November closure of the M3 junction 9 southbound exit slip road and the A272 southbound (9pm to 6am) – Sheet piling works
  • Diversion: M3 southbound exit slip and A272 southbound closure

**Additional information**

The National Highways maintenance team will be closing the M3 southbound between junctions 8 and 9 on Thursday 20 and Friday 21 November for vegetation works (9pm to 6am) – we will be sharing their closure and will be undertaking the M3 underpass sheet piling works.
