Junction 9 Improvements - Latest road closures
Headbourne Worthy Parish Council
Junction 9 Improvements have now successfully installed the temporary CCTV and average speed cameras ahead of main work.
Junction 9 Improvements will now begin installing narrow lanes and a reduced speed of 50mph, which they can only install overnight, in phases.
Below sets out our planned closures for the next few weeks. Once all the remaining temporary traffic management is installed, they'll start the improvement works. Please be aware it may be a few weeks before you see the workforce, as there will be several preparatory activities that needs to be completed as well as work offline.
The overnight closures are planned to start from 9pm and end by 6am, but this can change depending on the volume of traffic and when we can close the lanes safely.
