The Hampshire Minerals and Waste Plan is being further consulted on.

The Main Modifications Consultation of the Hampshire Minerals and Waste Plan – Partial Update is now taking place and will last for 10 weeks. Representations need to be received between 9am 4thDecember 2025 and 11:59pm 12th February 2026.

The Consultation Notice is attached.

The responses gathered through the consultation will be submitted to the Planning Inspector for scrutiny. Having considered the consultation responses, the Inspector will decide whether any further hearings are necessary, or if any issues need to be revisited. At the end of the examination process, the Inspector will present their final conclusions in a binding report. If the Plan is found legally compliant and ‘sound’, it can then be adopted by the Hampshire Authorities.
